The Application Process
Because this works best when you’re actually ready.
This cohort is intentionally small. Not because we’re trying to be fancy—because results require attention and follow-through.
So here’s how enrollment works:
Step 1: Apply (2–3 minutes)
You’ll answer a few quick questions so I understand where you are and what you want.
Step 2: Book Your Readiness Call (15–20 minutes)
This call is a fit + readiness check.
We’ll get clear on what you want, what’s been blocking you, and whether this is the right support right now.
Step 3: Invite + Enroll (if it’s a fit)
If you’re a fit, I’ll invite you in and we’ll get you enrolled.
If not, I’ll tell you honestly—and point you to the best next step.
FAQs

How big is the cohort?
Small enough that you recieve personal attention - you’re not invisible. (Translation: limited seats.)
What if I’m nervous to join a group?
Totally normal. Most women join feeling unsure. The structure is supportive and practical—no forced sharing, no awkward “tell us your trauma” circles.
I’m not sure… about much of anything these days. What do I need to know before I get started?
That’s actually a common (and very honest) place to begin.
You don’t need to show up confident, motivated, or “ready to conquer the world.”
You just need two things:

A willingness to be guided (even if you’re tired, overwhelmed, or unsure)

A willingness to take the next right step each week—small steps count

Clarity comes from movement, not from sitting around waiting to “feel ready.” We’ll build confidence the same way you build strength: one doable rep at a time.

What if I’m busy?
Most members are busy. The goal is to stop living in chaos mode and build systems that make life lighter - easier - and feel more manageable.

Is this therapy?
No. This is a small cohort led by Raini (your practical big sister) She will guide you, while offering structure and accountability. If you’re currently in therapy, this pairs beautifully with it.
