Thank you for your interest in my coaching services and events. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment & Registration

All purchases must be completed in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged through an approved payment plan. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with access details and any relevant materials within 24-48 hours.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of coaching services and the immediate access provided to materials and scheduled sessions, I do not offer refunds for any coaching packages, workshops, events, or digital products once purchased.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of:

• Non-attendance or failure to participate

• Change of mind or personal circumstances

• Technical issues on the client's end

• Dissatisfaction with content (unless there is a material breach of service description)

3. Rescheduling Policy

I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. The following rescheduling options are available:

For Workshops & Live Events:

• Rescheduling is permitted if you notify me at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time

• You may transfer your registration to another equivalent event scheduled within the next 3 months

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to thrive@resourcefulraini.com

• Only one rescheduling request is permitted per purchase

• If no equivalent event is available within 3 months, no transfer or refund will be provided

For One-on-One Coaching Sessions:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

• Sessions may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed-upon time within the package validity period

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session

• A maximum of two rescheduling requests per package is permitted

4. Charitable Donations

For select workshops and events, a portion of proceeds is donated to local charitable organizations. These donations are made on behalf of all participants collectively and do not affect the non-refundable nature of your purchase.

5. Access & Participation

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, internet connection, and platform access to participate in online events

• Access credentials are non-transferable and for your personal use only

• Recording of live sessions is prohibited unless explicitly permitted

• Coaching materials and proprietary content may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission

6. Package Expiration

Coaching packages and bundled sessions must be used within the specified timeframe (typically 3-6 months from purchase date, as indicated at time of sale). Unused sessions expire after this period and hold no cash value.

7. Service Modifications

I reserve the right to:

• Modify event dates, times, or format with reasonable advance notice (7 days when possible)

• Substitute equivalent events or sessions if circumstances require

• Cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances (in which case, a full refund or credit toward another event will be provided)

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information

• Arrive punctually to scheduled sessions and events

• Engage respectfully with me and other participants

• Take responsibility for implementing coaching insights and strategies

9. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are provided for educational and developmental purposes. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances. I do not guarantee specific outcomes and am not liable for any decisions you make based on coaching advice or materials provided.

10. Disputes & Questions

If you have concerns about services provided, please contact me directly at thrive@resourcefulraini.com within 7 days of the event or session. I am committed to addressing legitimate concerns professionally and will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable resolution.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information and payment details are handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Details shared during coaching sessions are kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
